Breath hold record
Last night durimg Dive HQ Christchurch’s Spearfishing course Bo broke our course record and held his breath for 4.44 minutes completing a static apnea breath hold in the pool. Not a bad effort after a couple of hours of training. This was a 300% incease. Next course in February and only $149.
